This is an appeal by plaintiff tenant from an order of Special Term granting in part and denying in part a preliminary injunction sought by plaintiff on behalf of himself and other tenants with respect to termination of services by the landlord, and directing "plaintiffs" to pay current rent and rent in arrears to the landlord.
