On September 5, 1974, Braten Apparel Corporation (BAC or debtor) filed a petition for relief under Chapter XI of the now repealed 1898 Bankruptcy Act. Sections 301 et seq., 11 U.S.C. §§ 701 et seq. (1976 ed.)1 The debtor's plan was confirmed by this court on March 12, 1976. However, the confirmation of this Chapter XI plan did not end BAC's involvement with this court...
