After being charged in three different informations with delivery of controlled substances, in violation of MCL 333.7401, subds (1), (2)(b), and (2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401), subds (1), (2)(b), and (2)(c), defendant, Roderick Dean Letts, was bound over for trial.
