Phillip Seipp appeals from an order of summary judgment dismissing defendants Roland Voigt and the Stetson Ross Machine Company on the ground that a legally sufficient basis was not presented for imposing successor liability upon those defendants. Seipp, a young deaf man, severely injured his left hand in 1975 while operating a cleat saw manufactured in 1953.
