John Z. DeLorean appeals from a judgment of the district court which found him liable, as guarantor, for certain corporate debts of Dahlinger Pontiac-Cadillac, Inc. to the Kansas State Bank and Trust of Wichita. The evidence introduced at the bench trial was extensive and conflicting, ultimately resulting in the entry of 79 findings of fact and 58 conclusions of law by the trial court.
