Appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County of armed robbery and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, for which he was sentenced to a total of thirty-five years in prison. He claims in this appeal that because of a violation of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), codified as Md. Code art. 27, §§ 616A — 616R, the indictment upon which his convictions rested lost...
