BIRDSALL, Judge.

The appellant, an automobile salesman, had his driver's license suspended for six months because of his refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test. Upon receiving notice of the suspension, he requested an administrative hearing pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-691(E).
