OPINION BY JUDGE DOYLE, September 24, 1982:

Karen Genovese (Claimant) appeals here from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's dismissal of her petition to set aside a final receipt. We affirm.

On December 23, 1976, Claimant injured her back during the course of her employment at the National Record Mart, Inc. (National) while lifting a carton of records, and subsequently began to receive total disability benefits...
