The plaintiff, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, has filed a Complaint for Relief from Stay. The trustee filed a counterclaim seeking to determine the extent, validity, and perfection of the security interests claimed by the plaintiff in two trucks. The parties stipulated to certain undisputed facts, a trial was held, and the parties were given time to file briefs.1
