Willie Lee Chappell appeals his conviction for the offense of armed robbery, and sentencing as a recidivist. Held:

1. The defendant contends he "was illegally convicted and sentenced as a recidivist notwithstanding the fact that he had not been specifically indicted under any recidivist statute." We do not agree. Defendant was indicted for armed robbery, and the remainder of the indictment charged that on three previous occasions...
