Appellant was found guilty after a jury trial of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor while his license was suspended, a class 6 felony. He was sentenced to prison for 1.5 years and given credit for time served prior to sentencing. Counsel has filed a brief for appellant in accordance with Anders v.
