This is an action of tort in which the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been received as a result of a motor vehicle accident occurring in Roxbury, Massachusetts, on November 8, 1969. The plaintiff was a passenger in a rented motor vehicle owned by the defendant Econo-Car Rental System of Boston, Inc.
