The plaintiff brings this action to recover child support arrearages alleged to have accrued by virtue of a Plymouth County Superior court order imposed as a condition of probation in a criminal non-support action. The defendant was adjudged guilty in the case of Commonwealth v. Grace (#69170) of criminal neglect of his illegitimate child. The plaintiff is the mother of said child.
