The first is a petition to establish a report brought by the Pioneer National Bank-Hampshire (Pioneer), both as a defendant and as a third-party plaintiff. The original complaint had been filed against Pioneer and it brought in Marino Grimaldi (Grimaldi) as a third-party defendant. The second is a report on the allowance of a post trial motion by the trial justice by which the third-party defendant...
