These loss of consortium proceedings were commenced in the Springfield Division of the District Court Department by the Plaintiffs, Marcia Salamon, and, minors Michelle Salamon, born May 3, 1973, and Stephen Salamon, born July 10, 1977, against the Defendant, who is the employer of their husband and father, Joel Salamon.
