George M. Thorpe and Judith B. Thorpe, his wife, appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, dismissing their Complaint in which they allege that the defendants, Birmingham Township and its supervisors, engaged in tortious conduct which caused the Thorpes to suffer mental anguish and distress and diminution of their good reputation in the community...
