The suit in the district court was brought by Dollar Electric Company (Dollar) against Syndevco, Inc. and Ford Motor Company for infringement of Winsand U.S. Patent No. 3,281,747(747), issued on October 25, 1966 and assigned to Dollar. The patent in suit is for a device which changes the output voltages from a transformer useful in this case by automobile manufacturers in the field...
