This is an action upon an account annexed for labor and materials furnished by the plaintiff in the construction of a retaining wall on the defendants' property. The defendants counterclaimed for damages and attorney's fees pursuant to G.L. c. 93A for the plaintiff's unfair and deceptive practices in violation of G.L.c. 93, § 48.
