YOUNG, Judge.

This is an action for a deficiency judgment following the repossession and sale of secured collateral. Defendant counterclaimed, alleging misrepresentation, fraud, conversion and breach of warranty. The jury returned a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
