The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) appeals an order of the circuit court determining the amount of claimant's attorney fees, to be paid by SAIF, arising out of a dispute over the compensability and extent of her disability. The Workers' Compensation Board referee awarded $1,436.18 in attorney fees. On review, the Board reduced the fee for the hearing before the referee to $1,000 and awarded $500 for the appeal to the Board...
