OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE CRUMLISH, JR., August 4, 1982:

Robert Kerner appeals an Unemployment Compensation Board of Review order which found him1 to be ineligible for benefits under Section 402(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.2 We affirm.
