PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from the judgment entered by the trial court below. The only issue raised on this appeal is whether the trial court erred in holding that appellant was required to give notice to the guarantors of default of rental payments due under two lease agreements. We hold that notice of default was not required and reverse.
