Littlejohn, acting pro se, sued Tower Associates, Ltd., and others for damages for wrongful removal of his parked vehicle from Tower Associates' property. Tower Associates defended on the ground that the vehicle was properly removed under the provisions of Ga. Code Ann. § 85-203. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment.
