Plaintiff-appellant, Irene Mayhorn, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County resulting from the granting of defendant-appellee's motion for a directed verdict at the close of all the evidence. The issue presented by the appeal is whether or not hypothetical questions posed by plaintiff's counsel to plaintiff's expert witness, and the expert's responses, resulted in sufficient evidence to warrant submission of plaintiff's case...
