This matter comes before the court on plaintiff Hoopa Valley Tribe's motion of January 5, 1982, that the court adopt Trial Judge Thomas J. Lydon's recommendation for entry of final judgment (which was filed December 3, 1981), and that judgment be entered in favor of that plaintiff for $669,150.51. (The trial judge's opinion and recommendation are set forth hereafter.) Defendant has stated that it will not seek review of the Trial Judge...
