The People appeal the trial court's order granting defendants' motion to dismiss. We reverse.

The record reveals the following facts. On August 18, 1980, plaintiff filed a complaint for injunctive and other appropriate relief under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, § 6-1-101, et seq., C.R.S.1973.
