Appellant, Daniel P. Flemino, was indicted in the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, Third Division, for fourteen counts of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 (1966) and 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 372 (1969).
