This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

Defendant-appellant, Willie Moore, was indicted for two counts of aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01 and two counts of carrying concealed weapons in violation of R.C. 2923.12.
