Sambo's Restaurants, Inc., appeals from a final judgment obtained by Bruce and Ruth Bergstrom in the amount of $190,000. A jury found that Sambo's had contracted to convey a lease interest in its restaurant in Austin, Minnesota to the Bergstroms and that the contract was evidenced by a memorandum that complied with the Minnesota statute of frauds.
