This is a review of an unpublished June 4, 1981, decision of the court of appeals which affirmed an August 28, 1980, amended judgment of Milwaukee county circuit court Judge Laurence C. Gram, Jr., granting summary judgment in favor of the holder of a promissory note against the indorser and granting the indorser indemnification against the maker of the note.
