ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.

Junior Clay Walker appeals from the District Court's1 order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He claims that he is being held in violation of the Constitution because he was denied the effective assistance of counsel and because there was insufficient evidence to return a guilty verdict. We affirm.
