Mary Rowen appeals from an amended judgment entered by the Rosebud County District Court, Sixteenth Judicial District, denying her motion to hold her former husband Dr. Gerald E. Rowen in contempt for failing to make maintenance payments to her as provided in the decree, and for a modification of her maintenance payments up to a monthly sum of $1,250.

Instead, the District Court ordered the husband to pay the wife arrearages totaling $2,229...
