On July 1, 1980 plaintiffs, Joseph Hadad and Sylvia Hadad, citizens of New Jersey, instituted this action against The Deltona Corporation, a Florida corporation, charging that plaintiffs suffered injury by reason of Deltona's violation of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701, et seq.
