This appeal raises the question of whether summary judgment was providently granted in this defamation action. A judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan granted summary judgment for the American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"), the defendant-appellee. The court held that an ABC broadcast which pictured Ruby Clark, the plaintiff-appellant ("Plaintiff"), was not libelous. We reverse and remand for proceedings...
