Appellant, Mark Haight, was convicted of two counts of aiding and abetting first degree sexual assault in violation of §§ 6-1-114 and 6-4-302(a)(i), W.S. 1977, and one count of attempted first degree sexual assault in violation of §§ 6-1-201, W.S. 1977, Cum.Supp. 1981, and 6-4-302(a)(i), W.S. 1977.
