Liamos, Jr., District Judge of the Sixth Judicial District declaring unconstitutional § 6-3-124, et seq., W.S. 1977, Cum.Supp. 1982. Judge Liamos' decision was made in dismissing a criminal complaint brought against Mr. Gary Laude, for writing an insufficient funds check...
