PER CURIAM:

In May of 1977, Blanchard Construction Company entered into a contract with the County of Clark to build a fire station. Shortly thereafter, Blanchard entered into a subcontract with Empire Electric, Inc., to provide and install electrical equipment. Both contracts contained arbitration provisions.
