SINGLETON, Judge.

Gerald Nicholson was convicted of sexual assault in the second degree, AS 11.41.420, and sentenced to seven years' imprisonment with six years suspended. He was also fined. He appeals, raising four issues for consideration. (1) The grand jury was improperly impaneled in Anchorage rather than Kodiak.
