Plaintiff-appellant, Sophia McCluskey, appeals from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Belmont County denying her claim for rescission and cancellation of a deed to her daughter, Virginia Burroughs, the defendant-appellee. Her single assignment of error alleges that the trial court erroneously excluded as too remote certain evidence concerning the relationship of the parties. We disagree.
