Irene and Edwin Rosell are the natural parents of Gerry Marie Rosell, born October 22, 1963. On August 2, 1979, when Gerry was 15, she filed a petition in the Spokane County Juvenile Court requesting approval of an alternative residential placement (ARP), pursuant to RCW 13.32A.150.
