This is an action pursuant to § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, and § 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15, alleging that the defendants engaged in a conspiracy to restrain trade in the acquisition, development, management, marketing, syndication and selling of mobile and modular home communities.
