Appellant, Jack White, brought this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1988 (1976 & Supp. IV 1980), alleging racial discrimination and violations of his first amendment and due process rights. The district court entered a final judgment in favor of the defendants on the basis of the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Texas Education Commission and awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $2500 to the defendants...
