Plaintiff Gifford appeals from the grant of summary judgment to defendants Santa Fe and the Brotherhood of Railway and Airline Clerks (Union) in her Title VII action, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. We note jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We conclude that summary judgment was proper as to one of plaintiff's claims, but improper as to both defendants on the remaining claims...
