FEDERICI, Justice.

This is an appeal from the District Court in Otero County. Plaintiff (appellant) sought damages for libel, wrongful interference with contract, and conspiracy. Defendants, Dr. Schleicher and Mr. Nohynek, were never served with process. At the close of plaintiff's case, the court directed a verdict for defendant, Dr. Wiley.
