Kupper and Goode bring this appeal challenging their convictions for violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (conspiracy to possess) and 21 U.S.C. § 841 (possession with intent to distribute marijuana). Each was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for conspiracy to possess and five years and a special parole term of three years for possession with intent to distribute.
