STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Lawrence J. Casey (Casey) and Alvin M. Weintraub (Weintraub), the plaintiff-appellees, filed this action in the Hendricks Circuit Court to recover on guaranties executed by John V. Loudermilk (Loudermilk), the defendant-appellant. Loudermilk had guaranteed payment of two promissory notes of Wernert J. Pitterich (Pitterich) which Pitterich issued in order to purchase stock under a written agreement with Casey and Weintraub...
