This is a suit to recover accidental death benefits from a policy of insurance. The trial court granted a summary judgment in favor of the insurer, and the beneficiary of the benefits took this devolutive appeal.

On July 4, 1979, Alex J. McKenzie was employed by Port Allen Industries, Inc. (Port Allen). Effective January 15, 1980, McKenzie secured life and accidental death insurance coverages in the amount of $10,000.00 each with Standard Life...
