PER CURIAM.

Appellants petitioned the circuit court to vacate the findings and decision of the arbitrator. The trial judge entered an order confirming the award over the objections of appellants, who claimed that the arbitrator's award should be vacated under HRS §§ 658-8 and 658-9. We reverse.
