The defendant has moved on affidavit for a dismissal of the complaint pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P. on the grounds that plaintiff has failed to pursue threshold administrative remedies under 28 U.S.C. § 2675(a) which are a jurisdictional prerequisite for such a suit as this and on the further ground that this suit is in all events time-barred by the two year statute of limitations provided by 28 U.S.C....
