McDONALD, District Judge.

Came on to be heard plaintiff's Motion to Amend "for the purpose of expanding and developing his allegations of discrimination and to somewhat modify the extent of damages alleged." Defendant, opposes both the addition of Atlantic Richfield Company as a defendant in the case and plaintiff's request for a jury. For reasons stated below the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part plaintiff's Motion to Amend.
